Frequently Asked Questions

Is my data private?+
Yes. Your CSV is processed on our server and immediately deleted after generating your ZIP file. We don’t store URLs, content, or personal data. Most batches finish in a couple of minutes, and everything is removed afterward.
What CSV format do you support?+
We support CSV exports from Pocket, Instapaper, Readwise, Raindrop, and Pinboard. Minimum required column: URL. Optional: title, tags. We’ll do our best with what’s available.
How many links can I process at once?+
During beta, you can process up to 500 URLs per batch. If you have more, split your CSV and run multiple batches.
Do I need to create an account?+
No signup, no login, no email required. Just upload your CSV and download your notes.
Is it really free?+
Yes — completely free during beta. We may introduce a paid tier for heavy users later, with a generous free tier.
What if a URL is blocked or unavailable?+
If we can’t fetch content from a URL (blocked, paywalled, or deleted), we’ll still create a note with the title, URL, and tags. You’ll get a report showing which URLs succeeded and which were skipped.
